Summer Program
The focus of the Douglas Fourth of July Committee events have always been on children and community coming together to celebrate 4th of July in Douglas, Alaska.

Kicking off with the events the week leading up to July 4, we have a full and busy schedule of activities for the whole family. Please watch here for a downloadable schedule each year.
June 14 ~ Flag Day Decorate to Celebrate

Douglas property owners are encouraged to decorate their property in Red, White & Blue colors, bunting, banners, flags, flowers, party lights & etc.by 5:00 PM for judging. We ask them to leave the decorations through Independence Day, July 4th.

Fort Knox Band - Fort Knox Band is out of UT Knoxville. They play a wide range of music including everything from Allman brothers to Black Sabbath to Chris Stapleton. They also feature improvisation on saxophone, guitar, and keys.
