Independence Day - July 4th, 2013

The Douglas 4th of July Committee organizes a plethora of July 4th events including a parade (with prizes!), Soapbox Challenge, Softball Game, Watermelon Eating Contest, Field Events, and many other activities! Note Time changes: Parade begins at 2:00 pm this year!

Douglas July 4th Parade

July 4th, 2:00 pm
at Gastineau School
The parade starts at Gastineau School and proceeds southeast down 3rd St.
Parade entrants: Assembly time is 1:30 pm, no pre-registration or entry fee required. Parade Prizes awarded for children and floats.

July 4th Field Events start at 3 pm.
