The Douglas 4th of July Committee celebrates Flag Day on June 14th each year with a community-wide patriotic display contest.

We thank all Douglas residents, organizations, and businesses for flying our country's flag. A special thank you to residents whi went further in decorating their buildings with flags and patriotic decorations. Please leave them up through July 4th, Independence Day, to help make a super holiday in Douglas.
Thanks to the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department Firefighters who judge the properties on June 14th every year. We encourage everyone to walk or drive around to view the winning patriotic decorations at the following addresses-- and let them know how much you appreciate their efforts.
